Club Oly Running Training Programs

Club Oly Running sponsors two training programs throughout the year. A 5 mile training program for the Capital City 5 mile run in May and a Fall Marathon, 1/2 Marathon, and 10K training program.

Fall Marathon, Half Marathon Training Program – Starts June 3

Club Oly will again be offering a Marathon & Half Marathon Training Group this year aimed at preparing runners for the weekend of the Portland Marathon and other Fall events.

Saturday morning runs will start from South Sound Running at 7:30 am.

Informational meeting: Saturday, June 3, 9:00am at South Sound Running. We encourage you to attend and get your questions answered.

First Saturday run: Sat, June 10, 7:30am at South Sound Running.

Only $45 for members and $60 for non-members.
